SRES Designation: What is it and why it matters

Did you know there are only 15,000 real estate agents across the country that have this designation! I was shocked….

Baby Boomers make up 21% of the population; born 1925-1945. Next up are Generation X with 15% of the population at 49.8 million people.

These are giant demographics and millennials and zoomers are going to need help transitioning and supporting their loved ones through the “second phase” of life.

I believe continuing education is at the centerfold of being a well-versed relator.

Let’s face it: we are all aging, and as we do, our needs change. By earning the SRES® designation I am prepared to approach my clients over 50 years of age with best practices, options, and the information necessary to make life-changing decisions such as buying, selling, relocating, downsizing, upsizing (yes, some parents are upsizing so their children and grandchildren will continue to come around), and investing in real estate.
