Meet Nancy

My journey in real estate started long before I became an agent, watching my mother build a strong and successful career selling exclusively in the luxury space for more than 33 years. Her experience gave me an early understanding of the dedication, discretion, and market expertise required to thoughtfully represent exceptional homes and guide clients through one of life’s most important decisions.

Before real estate, I built, owned, and operated Nancy Wallace Pilates from 2008–2023. Growing a successful small business taught me how to build meaningful relationships, provide highly personalized service, and create an experience centered entirely around the client. Those same values are the foundation of my real estate business today.

In my first year selling real estate, I recorded just under $10,000,000 in sales during a market many compared to 2008. Since then, I have continued to double and triple my sales volume while also representing two off-market acquisitions exceeding $4 million each. My success reflects a deep commitment to specialized representation, strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and dedicated procurement throughout the greater Seattle luxury market.

Just as I did while building my Pilates business, I measure success by the trust of my existing clients and the referrals that follow. My real estate business has grown through an incredible network of clients, friends, and family whose continued support means everything to me.

Beyond real estate, a few things have shaped who I am and how I connect with people. I grew up on the south end of Mercer Island and graduated in 2000. I am a culinary arts graduate turned yoga and Pilates enthusiast, opening my first business at just 24 years old. Over the years, I successfully grew Nancy Wallace Pilates to employ 10 instructors, serve more than 1,000 monthly appointments, and generate upwards of $850,000 annually.

Today, I pour my energy into my three children attending St. Joseph School, spending time with my husband of more than 20 years, and enjoying life in what I believe is the best neighborhood in Seattle: Madrona.
