NEWS FLASH: Most people actually live in their homes so between the initial walk-through appointment to listing day there is a ton of work preparing a home for market.
Showcasing a listing so it stands out from the rest with the goal of pulling the most people from their phones and into the house. This is key to drumming up excitement and ultimately maximizing buyer interest at the offer table.
A few ways I accomplish this:
- Be in alignment with my clients and their goals. My job is to manage expectations and deliver a positive outcome.
- Lead with honesty and be realistic about what can be accomplished and set a roadmap to the listing date.
- Utilize professional relationships and resources in an effort to save time and money.
- I always encourage my clients to follow my Big 5 for Listing.
Lastly, if it feels like real estate agents are suddenly in the media business, you’re not wrong. Utilizing social media, digital campaigns, and print marketing will extend the reach of a listing. Having a photographer and videographer with talent is not easy to come by but rest assured I have found the best!
